1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using riotgarage.shop (the “Site”) or purchasing products from Riot Garage (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About Riot Garage

Riot Garage is a brand operated by Riotous Consulting LLC, a veteran-owned small business based in Itasca, Illinois.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site to violate any law, infringe any intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the Site’s operation.

4. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display product information, images, and pricing accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, modify product descriptions, and discontinue products at any time without notice. All prices are in US dollars.

5. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion. Reasons for declining may include product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we decline an order after charging payment, we will issue a full refund.

6. Product Use and Safety

Riot Garage products are professional-grade detailing chemicals. You are responsible for reading and following all label instructions, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and warning labels. Use products only for their intended purpose. Keep out of reach of children and pets. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Riot Garage name, Riot Line™, X-Class™, Z-Class™, product names, logos, label designs, formulations, photographs, and copy — is the property of Riotous Consulting LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. User Submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant Riot Garage a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riotous Consulting LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riotous Consulting LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
