Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx within the continental United States. Carrier and service level are selected at checkout based on package weight, destination, and your preference.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental US.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email support@riotgarage.shop.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental US after the order leaves our facility. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Hazardous Materials
Some Riot Garage chemical products are classified as hazardous materials by carriers and may have shipping restrictions (no air shipping, surface only, or limited destinations). These restrictions are applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes for hazardous materials, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 14 business days of the ship date, email support@riotgarage.shop with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before checkout. We’re not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer’s expense.
