Return Window
30 days from delivery date.
Eligible for Refund
Unopened, unused product in original packaging. Bundle and kit returns must include all components.
Defective or Damaged Product
We’ll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required. Email a photo to support@riotgarage.shop within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customer pays return shipping for non-defective returns. We’ll provide an RMA number and return address once you initiate the return.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Funds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
How to Start a Return
Email support@riotgarage.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1 business day.
Final Sale
Clearance items and promotional bundles marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
